At our farm, we take pride in raising Heritage Shorthorns, known for their exceptional tenderness and rich marbling. Our cattle thrive on lush pastures and bask in the sunshine, producing premium beef the way nature intended. Enjoy a nutrient-dense, flavorful experience with every bite of our premium Shorthorn beef! We will be participating in the Heritage Shorthorn Certified Beef program in the future. Beef Shares are available for our local customers, sold as whole animals, halves, or quarters. After purchasing a share, we transport the animal to a local USDA exempt processor. Please note that customers are responsible for the butcher fees and picking up their orders once they are ready. Thank you for choosing us for your beef needs!
